Four HOAs - There are currently four homeowner association's in the Royal Oaks subdivision. All owners are part of ROPOA and must follow ROPOA's covenants, and pay ROPOA assessments. If you live in one of the Villas or the Condos (by the Pool) then you have to follow their covenants and pay their assessments.
