The NEW 2025 ROPOA Covenants (or 'Restrictions') were recorded Dec. 16, 2025
in Blount County Record Book 2839, pages 1997-2322 and are now in effect.​ The first 30 pages are above as a PDF file (excluding signed owner approvals).

The additional signed approval pages are available from the Blount County Register of Deed's, however, the entire document equals 326 pages.​​
