ROPOA – 2026 Annual Assessment: $951 (Also See Below!)
Payment is required for each property owned in Royal Oaks. It covers maintaining
our private roads and sewer systems, care and landscaping of common areas, etc.

In addtion to the above, if you live in a villa, condo or townhome, you also have a separate assessment. For villas it covers lawn care and most external maintenance; and for condos it covers that and more (although condos may not have lawns).

LVHOA (Legacy Villas HOA) – 2026 Annual Assessment: $1,110
Ridge Club Condo Assoc. – Annual Assessment: (unknown)
