Golf Villas Association
The Royal Oaks Golf Villas Homeowners Association (ROGVA), consists of about 100 homes on: Royal Oaks Dr., Medinah Circle, Winged Foot Dr., Legends Way, Stetson Dr., Muirfield Dr., Masters Dr., Spyglass Dr., and St. Andrews Dr. All property owners are also members of ROPOA.
The ROGVA Annual Meeting is normally in May. The ROGVA 2026 Assessment is $1,557.
