The Royal Oaks Villas Homeowners Association (ROVA), consists of about 100 homes on: Royal Oaks Dr., Medinah Circle, Winged Foot Dr., Legends Way, Stetson Dr., Muirfield Dr., Masters Dr., Spyglass Dr., and St. Andrews Dr.  All property owners are also members of ROPOA.

The ROVA Annual Meeting is normally in May. The ROVA 2026 Assessment is $1,557.
