The Community Center Room can comfortably accommodate up to 75 at tables, and more for large meetings. It has a nice kitchen and bar, and is great for parties, reunions, etc. (Private events have a fee.) 

The Boardroom is for Royal Oaks various HOA boards

and committee meetings only.
