Sometimes a map of the former Golf Course is helpful, as many folks still refer to locations there.

Aldi is being built on former Hole #3. The Cottages' homes are built over Holes #4 & #5.  Part of Hole #2 (near Wallace Hitch Dr.) may be developed by Savannah Properties LLC. Cypress Point homes are planned to be built over Hole #18. Royal Oaks Townhomes is under construction in the former upper Events Center, and Ridge Club Condos are next door.  Some new homes may be placed on old Hole #1.  Blount Memorial Hospital owns the land where Holes #10 & #11 were.
