FINDING ANOTHER RESIDENT'S INFORMATION
If you are searching for an online Resident Directory or ROPOA Residents list, it does not exist. (BUT READ ON...) Because of privacy issues, the ROPOA Board decided that we would not have an online Resident Directory several years ago.​

Paper Resident Directory: The ROPOA Board also decided that a paper directory would no longer be published. If you still have the last directory published in 2023, you may want to hold on to it.

The Board wants to protect our resident's personal data. Unfortunately, there seem to be almost no sources on the Internet that can safely provide emails and phone nunmbers.
HOWEVER, if you need to find out who lives near you, property ownership records are public (although sometimes a month or two out-of-date). Go to the Tennessee Property Assessment Data website and search by (TN) County and person's last name or street. Search St Johns Dr not St Johns Drive, etc. You can also enter the house number.
You can also search by Subdivision name under Advanced Search, but to search for all of Royal Oaks, you will have to do several searches, as the following subdivisions were 'defined' separately by various developers:

ROYAL OAKS (This includes Royal Oaks, The Villas, Legacy Villas and Garden Villas)
TORREY PINES
COTTAGES
SPYGLASS LOOP

(Note that ROYAL OAKS LEGACY VILLAS can be searched separately if needed.) None of these have to be in upper case.

This TN property database provides owner's names, property address, mailing address (which may differ), Lot number, Plat number, and much more. After finding an address of interest (try your own first), a link at the top of the screen will take you to "GIS Map" where you can see a map of and click on various homes to see the basic owner data as well.
