Below is a PDF file that the ROPOA Board recently received showing the revised plats for "The Commons," a proposed new subdivision near us. Part of "The Commons" will back up to some of the homes on St. Johns Drive. The plan is for 130 lots, with direct access to Morganton Rd., and a connecting road to "The Park" subdivision.

 

Notification letters to adjacent property owners will be sent out soon. The subdivision is scheduled to be considered by the Maryville Planning Commission, 400 W. Broadway Ave., at a public meeting on June 15 at 5:00 pm.

Note that there is considerable overlap between the three preliminary plat maps.
